Moss Bros Group PLC Refund Policy Statement
At Moss Bros we always aim to provide customer service excellence
and to ensure our customers are happy with their purchase.
However, should you be dissatisfied with your purchase in any way, please
return it to any of our retail stores where our staff will be happy to assist
you.
For faulty merchandise we will be happy to rectify the problem, refund the
price paid or offer an exchange of goods to the same value. Proof of purchase
is required.
If you have changed your mind about a satisfactory product and return the
items within 28 days of purchase, we will offer either a refund or exchange
of goods. Proof of purchase is required and goods must be unworn and unaltered.
During Sale periods we will exchange for up to 21 days after purchase.
PLEASE NOTE
For hygiene purposes, toiletries, jewellery, underwear and swimwear may be
returned for a refund ONLY IF faulty. Proof of purchase is required.
Purchases will be refunded by the original payment method EXCEPT in the case
of cash refunds over £70.00, where, for security reasons these refunds
will be made by cheque from the address given below –
OUR REFUND POLICY DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS
For purchases made in Value/Designer Outlet stores, items are non-refundable
however an exchange or gift vouchers can be arranged in the case of faulty goods only.
